IMPORTANT: By accessing dartpallets.com and purchasing from Dart Pallet Liquidation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our pallets are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Please read carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, placing an order, or purchasing wholesale liquidation pallets, truckloads, or any products from Dart Pallet Liquidation (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our website.

2. About Our Products

We sell wholesale liquidation merchandise sourced directly from major U.S. retailers including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Sam’s Club, and Home Depot. Products include overstock, shelf pulls, customer returns, and warehouse damaged goods. All merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties expressed or implied.

3. Manifests & Product Descriptions

When provided, manifests are created by the original retailer and supplied for reference only. Dart Pallet Liquidation does not guarantee 100% manifest accuracy. Product images are representative photos from our warehouse and may not show the exact pallet you receive.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at checkout. Orders are not processed until payment is verified.

5. Orders & Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase if it has not been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number or BOL is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and freight services are calculated at checkout. Delivery is curbside via freight truck. Customer must have proper equipment or request liftgate. Any visible damage MUST be noted on the BOL before driver leaves and reported to info@dartpallets.com within 24 hours.

7. No Returns – All Sales Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after shipment, except for verified freight damage reported per our Return Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific pallet in question.
